Jules is my next door neighbour and my little brother....I mentioned him in the speech I made at the Nations Against Police Brutality demonstration that he attended with me.
While what he describes may sound shocking to some, it is a very common occurrence for Black men across england, what is not common is that it is spoken about publicly.
Thank you Jules for having the courage to speak out and hopefully in the process give others the courage to do so also.
